🌍 3rd Joint Short Term Staff Training Event
📅 Between 24-28 March 2025, the 3rd Joint Short Term Staff Training Event (3rd STJSTE) took place in Izmit, Kocaeli, Türkiye 🇹🇷, hosted by Kanuni Mesleki ve Teknik Anadolu Lisesi. This event was organized in the framework of the Erasmus+ project “TRANSDISCIPLINARY Learning in Healthcare Education” 🩺📚.

🔍 Main topics discussed:
1️⃣ The Arrow Model – an innovative approach in transdisciplinary learning with applications in healthcare education. 🏹💡
2️⃣ Discussion on challenges – we defined key challenges and established that they should include clear milestones. 🔄📍
3️⃣ Project website development – we structured a dedicated interface for each country to present their specific challenges. 🌐🖥️
4️⃣ Planning the next blended mobility, ensuring continuity and success of the activities. 🗓️🤝

This meeting was an excellent opportunity to strengthen collaboration between project partners from the 6 countries involved:
